Is the pass transferrable?
No. Each pass is individualized with your name and photo and can only be used by the original pass holder.
How do I redeem my Venture Pass?
If you purchased directly from our site, simply upload a picture of yourself and complete the purchase process and your card will be mailed to you in 7-10 business days.
If you purchased your pass from one of one affiliated partners, click the "Redeem" tab, enter in your confirmation number found on your confirmation email along with any other necessary information and your card will be mailed to you in 7-10 business days.
How do I use my Venture Pass to get into a game/attraction?
Simply present your Venture Pass at the designated gate entrance or will call ticket counter of a participating venue location. For further instruction, click the venue links under the "What's Included" tab for individual venue entrance information.
When does my Venture Pass expire?
Your Venture Pass is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase, with the exception that the White Water Bay and Frontier City are good for one season (ie. If you bought your Venture Pass during the 2016 season it would be valid for the 2016 season only and would not include admission to the 2016 season. If you bought your pass after the 2016 season, it would include admission to the 2017 season).
Will new venues be added?
Yes. We are always looking for family-oriented facilities to join the Venture Pass family. If there's a particular venue you'd like to see added, make sure to add your recommendation to our Facebook page.
What if I lost my Venture Pass card?
Send us an email at customerservice@myventurepass.com and we will reprint and mail your card for a fee of $5.
Do I need to get a new card printed when I renew my Venture Pass?
No. You may still use your existing card.
